“ I’ve been wanting to try Boustan since they opened and finally got the chance the other day. They offer quite a few options for vegans which are clearly marked. You can build your own bowl with delicious options such as their vegan shittake mushrooms, roasted potatoes, vegan garlic sauce, salads and more. I was absolutely blown away by the mushrooms, they look like meat and taste, what I remember steak tasting like (I haven’t had meat in 19 years) even the texture was so meaty! It kinda freaked me out a little bit haha! The fattoush salad, potatoes and garlic sauce were also all delicious! It was truly a great meal and I definitely recommend!! Will be back! ”
